How FOB Works With Us
No hidden re-quoting games: every price on this site is quoted on FOB unless you ask otherwise. Here is exactly what that means and what payment options exist at each stage.
Incoterms
FOB (standard)
Our default quoting basis. Price covers ex-factory cost + domestic trucking + export customs clearance, delivered on board at the named Chinese port. You control freight and insurance.
EXW
Pick up at our warehouse doors when you run your own consolidation forwarder in China.
DDP
Door-delivered duty paid for buyers without an import setup — quoted case by case since duties vary by destination and material.
Payment
T/T (standard)
30% deposit with PO confirmation, balance against B/L copy before shipment.
L/C at sight
Irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight — available for larger programs.
Escrow / Trade Assurance
For first trial orders — order value caps apply; details on request.
Sample policy
Pre-production samples ship in X working days. Sample fees are credited back in full once your order reaches the 2,000-piece MOQ.
