Product Lines

Four lines, one accountable factory

Every line below is manufactured in-house — from fabric sourcing through cutting, stitching, assembly, inline QC and final random inspection — quoted FOB, minimum 2,000 pieces per style.

What do “brand volume” and “FOB” actually mean here?

Answer up front: brand volume means orders of 2,000+ pieces per style, and FOB means the price you receive covers the goods delivered on board at a named Chinese port — freight and insurance stay under your control. Why we publish both numbers openly: in our August 2026 audit of 45+ bag-manufacturer websites, fewer than one in ten stated a minimum order quantity at all, and not a single one quoted its Incoterms on-page. Transparent numbers save both sides a qualification email — and they are the single fastest trust signal a serious buyer can check.

Which line should your program start from?

Start from the product your end-buyer touches most: laptop and business bags for corporate IT and gifting programs, backpacks for school tenders and outdoor retail, duffels for teams and travel retail, eco totes for supermarket and sustainability mandates. A typical first PO mixes two to four SKUs across lines — one purchase order, one inspection standard, one FOB consolidation.

How long does each line take at 2,000–50,000 pieces?

Simple constructions run from about 20 days after tech-pack approval; reference bands are 50,000 pcs ≈ 40 days, 100,000 pcs ≈ 50 days and 200,000 pcs ≈ 70 days, shifting with complexity. Every program receives a written schedule with the quotation.

“Published lead-time bands appeared on fewer than 8% of the 45+ bag-OEM websites we audited in August 2026; minimum-order quantities on under 10%; Incoterms on none.”— Laptop Bag Factory industry audit, 45+ manufacturer websites, August 2026

What inspection standard applies across all four lines?

All lines run the same discipline: incoming material checks, inline checkpoints during stitching, then final random inspection on AQL logic per ISO 2859-1 (typical settings: Critical 0 / Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0). Third-party inspectors — SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or your own QA team — are welcome at any stage; documentation packs ship with every quotation under mutual NDA.
